30th Jan 2015 Stitched Landscapes Enjoy collaging a textiles landscapes from scraps of your favourite hand dyed fabrics then learn about all the machine embroidery stitches I can squeeze into a day and use then to decorate and enhance your lovely landscape. Pure machine embroidery pleasure. Course fee £45.00 13th Feb Twinkling Needle Cases In this day workshop you will learn about transfer foil, adding twinkly bits and collaging onto a base of cotton velvet. Then you will learn a few basic machine embroidery tricks to enhance the surface and finally using felt liner how to make up into a charming little Needlecase. Course Fee £45.00 14th Feb Inspired by Klimt There's a wealth of design inspiration in the artwork of Gustav Klimt. Perfect for a one day workshop. A simple design can be formed quite quickly using collage on cotton velvet, transfoils, sweetie foils, silks and organza, topped off with an afternoon of machine embroidery. 27th Feb Tantalising Textile Tagbooks This workshop is total fun for anyone interested in textiles or collage. I've added my own style to these little tag books.
